Midwifery complimentary therapies in Bristol

About me

I qualified as midwife in Italy in 2018. Since then, I have moved to England and worked in different environments in NHS maternity services.

In my most recent years I have worked on birth centres and as part of a homebirth team, as well as teaching pregnancy classes for a private company.

I strongly believe in the power of finding the right balance between midwifery wisdom and modern medicine, and that this balance is unique to each individual and family.

I have dedicated most of my career focusing on how to create a positive and empowering birth space for people and their families and in understanding how our cultural norms, education, environment, community and rituals play a massive role in achieving this.

I have a holistic, evidence-based and compassionate approach to my work.

I believe that, as midwives, if we work within these three values we can really support people in finding their own wisdom and have empowering motherhood/parenthood journeys.
